I don't understand how a 1000 crore revenue company is paying its 30 odd employees only 4-5 Lakh each per annum. So it totals to somewhere between 1-2 crore per annum. The highest paid employee of Vananam that I came across draws 8 Lakh salary. where is remaining 999 crore going ?

Nothing specific, everything over the air.. using generic terms.. buying-selling goods, real-estate, transit retail, reward business, We hired right talent, focused on growth.. and things started to work.. (but how did you do it specifically?!) I run a company in Dubai, Singapore, etc etc.. If you do good business, then things will work.. wow! Nobody knew it! What kind of interview is this?!! It's 2024! If an interviewer can't dig deeper and get specifics, then what's the point of this interview.. They are just sweetly talking, using common logical statements.. Too much fluff! No real deep insightful examples of their own business..

In USA one can open the company in 10 Minutes. I am not defaming India. I hold Green card since 2003, I can become USA citizen after 2008. I also have 3 kids born in USA. I still hold INDIAN passport proudly but sometimes I questioned myself and my parents taught me for not giving up my Indian citizenship. Nevertheless, government of India need to do lot more work for small people.

And typical Indian businessmen....when asked about bigget driver....he says empl payroll....no vision for any social cause like environment or education....just money....money making machines these guys r! Exactly. I checked their 1000crore claim , couldn't verify a single thing to be honest. It first sounded fishy when he said he got 60 lakh job in KPMG as a fresher that too in India.Then I stated exploring profiles of employees and found they have only 30 employees, that too mostly low paid ie 4-5 Lakh each per annum. The highest paid employee of Vananam that I came across draws 8 Lakh salary. So it totals to somewhere between 1-2 crore per annum. where is remaining 998-999 crore going ?
