Not in real estate-actually a writer-but I bought your book, Ryan, and finished it in a day. I’m currently re-reading it. Being a writer is all about self-promotion, self-confidence, and being able to present yourself to publishers as someone they need to publish. Having the tools to sell yourself and your work to other people is essential, and I’m finding your book to be invaluable in those respects. Thanks being willing to better people from all walks of life. Not only helping me improve my work but also my work habits. It starts from the moment I wake up (hours before I used to). I can't wait to get going every morning and tackle new challenges. By the way, when I get my first big book deal, I'm definitely coming to you for my first New York City apartment. I'll see you in the not-too-distant future.

No shit life goes by and you wish......Thanks for reminding us. BTW, were you a EE major, you sound soooo much like my aerospace engineer husband; now I get up every day tragically early, but truth to power, I love my 2 hrs before work (NP at a level 1 Trauma Hospital) to drink tea, look at my patient’s labs/diagnostics/overnight vital signs/call the charge RN with new orders, call new Consults, etc. etc., it is not gazillion dollar business deals, but it is often life saving and certainly gives me a heads up on the next 12-18 hr day I am gonna have. Your Vlogs are fun and uplifting,. Thank you Ryan and Blessings to your sweet family! I have to comment. I was watching your vlog on the way down to my grandparents house which I'm cleaning out/listing after my grandfather passed on Halloween. The two weeks leading up to his death, he had been singing "somewhere over the rainbow" to his wife/my grandma who'd passed five years earlier. As I'm pulling down their long driveway, you started singing "somewhere over the rainbow" and so did I. And then I got choked up and had to call my wife. What an amazing coincidence that I never saw coming. Thanks for bringing me 'home' and bringing me up! Always expanding in all ways. 👍🏼

Hello Ryan! Like everyone else I admire your mindset, it's what shapes your habits and work ethic and what makes you such a motivation for people to DO things rather than just listen. I was wondering if your wife would come on the vlogs and kind of give us her insight into how she rose up in her business and what she has to go through, just to get a woman's perspective. I know success isn't male vs female but it would be nice to hear from a woman on how she did it and does it. Thank you for reading this, if you did! Haha.

As someone much older than Ryan, I noticed several of his videos have what I consider to be fundamental flaws of mindset. The idea and intentions are good, but the way he scratches that itch is to buy things...and more things. Suits, facials, guitars, etc. Certainly, his income and celebrity afford him that luxury. For most of us, we need to translate the idea - developing good habits - and put it into a context for the every-person. Living this vicariously is fun, but don't think to buy your happiness and good habits is the way to go or you'll end up in the deep end.

I take courses to learn and take actions everyday. I get better everyday and I will never stop taking action to be the best version or myself that I can be. You may never read this Ryan, but you've really inspired me time and time again. This video is my favorite one yet because you really put the truth out there. Social media really gives people this idea that everyone is super successful and rich overnight which just isn't reality. The reason people are successful and wealthy is because of patterns and habits they formed over time. People that are really successful have usually mastered a particular thing and then hammer it out. After being a designer and dealing with a lot of corporate negatives, I'm starting realty and staying positive, driven, and determined. Thank you Ryan for your amazing book, videos, and awesome personality. Keep it up!
