This man and his foundation training saved my life 15 years ago. I was 24, very fit, then one day while working out I shredded my back during a simple squat. I went from doctor to doctor, from physiotherapist to physiotherapist, more than a month later and nothing helped, nothing was diagnosed. I was ready to just jump of a bridge and end it all. Then I discovered foundation training and suffered through the first week of it, but I was so used to the pain at that time, that I continued through blood and tears. And then the pain was gone and I was finally free to live life again. Thank you Dr. Goodman.

Working in cramped space & maintaining bad posture for extended periods of time none would be worse than driving heavy vehicles I participate in foundation training as I love Motocross & race the vets class however my working life driving heavy vehicles & how hard it is on you body both mentally & physically has made me realise this needs to be incorporated into daily work rest fatigue management for positive outcome for trucker's 10 mins a day is a good place to start
