Sorry I missed the live broadcast. Unfortunately, I'm out in the Bay Area California and was still working. However, I did have a question for yourself or Jay. In the US we're taxed forever regardless of where we are in the world as long as we maintain US citizenship. My question, does having Ghana or Sierra Leone citizenship obligate you to taxation i.e., tax filing in either of the countries? Thanks for this great share. In helping reuniting with our blood. That’s a great question! If you are doing business in Ghana you will be subject to taxes from Ghana Revenue Authority. Or if you're working for a company in Ghana where you are receiving a pay check, you will be subject to taxes based on your earnings. You can make inquiries with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) for more detailed information.

You do know that there is a foreign earned income exclusion which covers about $126,500 in income, and Trump claims he is going to do away with the taxation of foreign earned income tax altogether. But that remains to be seen. Sierra Leone does not tax your out of country income.
