Lots of food philosophers/healers like this in the diaspora. Many approaches...Some say eat only raw....Some say cooked food with small amounts of meat is good...I say find what works for you. Experiment with raw, vegan etc...Get to your health and power to contribute to restoration of our beloved homeland. Hugs.

You're talking non-sens.. How would you figure out anything by yourself if you have no education in human physiology ? Why did you attend school instead of staying at home figuring out everything by yourself ?

Such valuable insights and nuggets to guide us on our personal journeys with food consumption. Dr. Aris Latham is a true testament to the principles he preaches, and I am so so happy that he continuously visits Ghana many times. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sharita for her years of dedication to promoting these practices and to Ivy for an excellent interview!

Lifestyle and climate have a symbiotic relationship. Not all lifestyle can be pursued in any environment so drink your water if your body tells you too and cook that food if your climatic condition allows for easy harmful bacteria growth in food.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It definitely is difficult to drink real coconut water if you live in a country where no coconuts grow naturally

Hearing his life story from childhood to the point when he realized food was harming him. I was also amazed at the strength of his knees when he jumped down suddenly.
