Not for everyone but as a common theme - I do need to start finding more time to work on, rather than in, passing down those relationships/openings to my team to deliver. That said, I would never ever stop doing deals. Admittedly further down the like it may be one, two, three leadership placements - 40+k but always lead from the front and never lose touch. If business goes Tits up, you’re still relevant. At least to the 2-3m c25 staff anyway. (Should be a 3-3.5yr journey?)

question why are you selling courses when your very own agency is only doing £2-3 million it took you 5 years to achieve this , recruiters across dubai, US and australia that bill £1 million in one year of new business and those that start thier own agencies that achieve this by old fashion selling on the phone and F2F meeting with clients , you cant automate selling personal touch speaking on the phone to the client goes a long a way

Good question. So i only started teaching what i know and my knowledge after being in the recruitment space for over 14 years and having my own agency for 5 years where i learned what works and what doesnt work. I then got asked by people to mentor them since no one would teach the way i was running an agency. All succesful people have mentors inclding myself. I have spent almost $500k over the years in coures, mastermind etc. I would rather pay for speed and certainty and learn from someone that actually does what they say. It then grew from there. My agency still runs and makes 7 figures a year but i dont have passion working in that business after alomost 10 years. Where as i do have a passion to help others succeed. I agree the personal touch in selling and that is what i teach in the signature sales system to pitch retained business. The automation is only part of it to create the conversations. QUESTION: Your Accelerator Course includes some Legalities and way in HOW TO do this kind of Business as an INTERNATIONAL HEADHUNTER (or Recruitment Agency) ?… Example: I am Peruvian American, I have Corporative Experience in my country (I used to work in a bank and manage teams over there) and I would like to set up An LLC here in the States and bring some Virtual Talent from PERÚ. BUT I don’t have idea in how to set up International Payments to the people I hired over there, and information in the Legalities involve of a US COMPANY taking International Remote employees🤔 Do you have that type of info in? Or the Course is focus in funnels And MKT? Thanks!🙌🏼
