It's heartbreaking that his parents' religious belief is used to justify their ignorance, cruelty and abandonment

Some people don't deserve children

This honestly broke my heart. I can’t believe straight people think we deserve a straight pride parade when we have NEVER had to face the fear of being disowned by our families for being straight. We will never understand the things that the lgbt+ community has to go through

plus if they want to learn, straight allys are invited to pride too so they can understand but some people dont want to understand

Any parent that disowns thier child and kicks them out to the club should be fined and forced to be homeless for a solid month

I was on the streets of DC for a few days and I know what he's talking about. My family stood by me and got me back home. They accepted me for who I am.

This is too relatable I was kicked out of my own house too, my dad broke my head I was living on the streets for 2 months until someone came up to me and said what happened to you and I told him my story he actually took me to his own apartment and after 6 years of being with him he proposed to me and were living happily together till this day🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈(and I was 15 at that time)

When he said there should not be a reason to not love your son I felt that. I only have 1 child. He could never ever do anything to lose my love. It's the most important part of being a mother. My job is to love and support him. Give advice when he needs it and try to guide him. It's not my job to push him away just because of who he chooses to love. As long as he is happy I'm content.
