Leveraging his financial gain to not only inform but also assist in improving the life of humans around him...we need more people that see everyone "else" as a human too and embarks on a journey to help all. Thank you Bryan

I love Bryan. I remember I was in a mixed feelings whenever his videos popped up on my feed, usually, because of the provocative thumbnail or video title. But after I watched a few of them, I discovered how cool, kind, funny and intelligent he is. And I really appreciate all the work he’s doing - it will benefit all the people in future, even those, who are sceptical of his experiments now. Anyway, it’s my time to go to bed, I’m going to check this interview tomorrow after getting my quality sleep haha.

I didn't have to spend a dime to stop my aging process. It's in my Gene's. I'm going to be 66 years old and look amazingly like I'm in my 40's. I stopped drinking alcohol, smoking and eat the right foods.

28:00 yes, water quality is essential. I have a whole house water filtration with RO at my kitchen sink and attached to my refrigerator water dispenser. The cleaner house water reduces buildup in plumbing. I used to suffer from psoriasis, but it has improved dramatically with cleaner water. I get a mild flair up on my neck during times of stress. Clean water benefits my children, helping them to develop well. I send them to school with stainless steel water bottles with RO water & a sprinkle of celtic sea salt for added minerals.

Is there a difference between sleeping at night and sleeping during day time? Asking because people in my family work night shift and sleep day time. How does that affect their health over time? Thank you
@sirp32821 сағат бұрын
Very big difference. It causes major circadian disruption. Different people have different thresholds in how much it affects them, but there are studies on shift workers and they are pretty much higher risk for every single chronic disease out there.

He looks his age to me. Here in South Africa and some African countries we are used to seeing people in their 40s, 50s, 60s looking way younger than their age because of genetics and the natural food they eat. This guy with all that technology still looks his age. He should quit, it’s not working. He’s in his 40s and looks like a person in their 40s.
@nizar662618 сағат бұрын

In India we are always taught that one day you must die but the death is of the body not the soul. We must do our deeds with care and honesty, marry have kids grow old and enjoy old age and do not think always of youth, you must grow old. And that's what is life.
