How this Stockbroker Scammed 30 Lakhs with Unauthorized Trading but had to Pay back?

Three and a half weeks prior to now, I invested in international stocks, but my broker who works under sebi has been making delays upon delays and making hefty among charges every now and then, even till now I haven't got my money, and since it's Sunday I can't contact the SEBI helpline as well, he said it will be settled on money but today he said after 3 days.
