Mam one thing I would say is tier 3 colleges are the colleges where there are no clubs or groups present, where we can enroll and master our skills. These private colleges have their official email ID as well as all other essential platforms so can it be tier 3. If fewerfewer companies are coming, this doesn't mean it's a tier 3 college.
