So cute. I'd use the loft for a closet too. I like the privacy fences in between the homes because it makes it look neater, instead of just seeing a line of cars, also giving a sense of your own lot space.

I am waiting for my condo to sell in Colorado. And I really want to come to one of the communities at incredible tiny homes. I'm hoping they have something with the $200 a month rent available when I am ready to make my move. Which hopefully will be soon. Maybe springtime when it's warmer. I don't know what it is, maybe the 10 ft width, but this tiny seems to have packed a whole lot in a small space. The kitchen feels really usable and the storage hacks are great! Love this one 😊

The tiny is nice and bright , cute nicely decorated , But I myself would want my bed up in the loft and have storage closet for clothing and storage in corporate in the stairs . Bathroom where all the storage shelves are one could build an actual closet instead , space where pillow sits on floor in loft could be made into a closet and a deep one at that. Even where open area in loft overlooking down stairs one could incorporate a storage area , but to each their own.

@@annjames1837that’s how I see it. But there’s a migration right now so maybe it’ll change. Where I grew up in Cincinnati is now a hip part of town. Go figure. We do want a new or newer build…no big projects…good water 💦 , conveniences to healthy organic foods, plumbing , etc. And if lucky, good weather, great healthcare, restaurants, and even transportation (that’s maybe asking too much, I know). ALSO, wouldn’t it be nice 👍 to have beautiful weather? And maybe no pressure for a year to just deflate ? Yeah, it’s a dream. I love to work , mind you, but with a balance for rest & rejuvenation.

I always thought the Dalton model home was the most spacious for a 20 foot home because of the open living area. But I liked it better when Melody had a nice sofa and slept in the loft. I just can’t imagine sitting on my bed for everything, including eating. I would need a comfy chair in the living room if the bed needed to be there. But it is a nice, cozy home❤️

For a short amount of time I lived in my rv full time paying $460 lot rent. Thank GAWD (Good And Wise Decisions) I bought a better vehicle and not a vacation trip because the owners sold the property and the rent has doubled. What's next? Living in a van?

She says that her "bathroom is perfect, and doesn't know what else you would want," How about a bathroom sink with vanity? That's not a want, it's a need for me, especially at 60K + for the house. And to get that cheap rent there now you have to give them between $15,000-30,000 key payment money, money you pay for the privilege of living there. Sewer and water extra, and no trash pickup. No amenities there. She's happy, so that's all that matters.
