Your room feels cozy for rest and study. With that kind of environment, it's very easy to test and implement new time management schemes. You have shared good insights here. Thanks, Kaelyn! Cheers! 🥰🤓😍

Your tip regarding a realistic to-do list was a really fantastic point. That’s something I am working on! Starting my PhD next month and your content was quite motivating as I worked through my masters program. 😊

Hi Kaelyn, I just recently came across your channel and it's amazing. I've been binging your content I wanted to ask if you are willing to go more in-depth on your Notion page and if not, maybe you're willing to make a Notion template for us to purchase? Thank you!

A very similar system to yours! I also use ical, reminder, physical ring planner and Notion! Your system inspired me a lot, love your content!

Kaelyn, did you change the tone of red on your hair? I think its amazing! I've always thought you are a cold-tone girl.

I as well have tired a lot of different things and apps until I found what worked for me. And what works for me sometimes changes in different seasons of life or job transitions and that’s okay! What works today might not work tomorrow or a year from now. Being flexible and open to change is important as to not overwhelm yourself with change. I also noticed that I was getting overwhelmed with a daily to do list so I started grouping days together. That has helped me a lot!

First time viewing any of your videos. Very nice video. Akiflows looks like something awesome, and I was wondering how you cope with things that can't wait and come up in short notice if you make such a tight schedule. Also when you plan something and it takes less time than planned (e.g., planned 2 hours and took only 1), what do you do with the free time that comes up. Again first time I viewed any of your videos, so feel free to point me to videos where this is already discussed. Thanks!

Thank you for this video! I am still searching for the perfect planner combo to combine work and personal life. My work is client based so I have weekly and monthly tasks as well as amything that turns up on a day to day basis. Right now I'm using Asana and a physical planner, which just consists of lines and a line for the date at the top (I use two pages for one week). Still looking for the perfect physical planner and might try out the Hobonichi Cousin next year.

Loved this video. Very inspiring. If we wanted a system like yours on Notion (particularly the progress bars, that would be so helpful to me), is that available in your store currently?

For the Golden Coil - since you do daily pages, how much of the year does your planner cover? I'm assuming 13 or 26 weeks? Also, what additional page types have you found helpful? I'm going through and setting one up for myself now!!

Notion has really helped me. I just wish I was more consistent.

I have it open when I put my computer to sleep at night so it’s the first app I see in the morning when I start work. Otherwise I would also be super inconsistent with it

Ok,other point of view and perspective and there is absolutely nothing wrong with being organised in personal life and likewise professional one but for me personaly living like this I will be surely doomed for life. I tend to use my own brain instead of computer or whatever diary as life goes with the flow and naturally and we all do learn as we go in the life and nothig ever in life is for sure as anything in life can change within seconds.
