@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod yeah all it took was for me to make the embarrassing comment and went back and got it. Sometimes i have to walk away and come back to it and get it. Got the red clip easily but pushing in the other piece for some reason was being stubborn. A couple of my fingers being numb from a c6-c7 herniation is not helping. That 8mm wobble you have is a game changer. Hopefully the one I have coming makes things easier to put back together..

6:28 , prepare ahead of time and buy a new clip for the hot side pipe if this is your first time. I replaced my hot side pipe with a H&S one, which came with a new clip. Now it was my first time and honestly it didn't get mangled and was reusable. But I can see this clip easily getting mangled because once you get it loose your not thinking about how you bent it and it's impossible to see it bent until you get the pipe out. I'd rather have a spare on hand , which they are cheap, than to be down a few days while one comes in stock. Just a fyi

Hey ARod, I just completed my S&S Gen2.1 6.7L CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit installation last night. Basically 6 1/2 hours start to finish Got to share a trick to reinstall upper manifold! Cut 3 separate pieces of single layer cardboard, placing them over open intake ports. I made sure once upper was in correct position I would be able to easily slip cardboards out which allowed retaining bolts to drop into position. This actually made it easier installing the upper manifold than removing it. Oh and by the way it’s a 2019, heard you mention you’d rather do a 20 than 17-19. I definitely understand what you meant. Thank you for continuing to educate us PowerStrock guys!

I remember telling Mark about the grenade under the hood of their SupDut and to check out your channel ARod, and i was happy, yesterday to see that they came and did the DCR and Pusher 0:24 transplant. I also just recently asked a person that I know that posted a video of his Big F450 Tow monster if he had done any of the DCR or disaster kit and he told me he knew nothing about any issues with the 6.7, I steered him your way also to learn about it all. Now just hoping he listened. Keep up the magical work Brother !

I removed my upper and lower inlet twice on my 2012 now. One was for that that junk EGR cooler. Witch PTt told me the trick on getting it out and gave me the p/n for the 2018 cooler with the round hole. This last Dec was the other time. And it was for the DCR. I'm getting pretty good on the inlet stuff. But th DCR well I didn't do it the 5 hours as they say. So most likely not going to make it at a flat rate guy.

So first off I know nothing. I have to get to a hard possible return fuel line that's leaking below the intake which is why I found your video. I appreciate the video and since I just replaced my ccv yesterday the plastic hose you disconnected doesn't pry off. you actually spin it with your fingers counter clockwise and the internal locking teeth retract allowing you to pull it straight off.

A significant drop in drive pressure which how I understand and feel equals much quicker throttle response, less spool up(actually damn near zero), and lower intake temps. I did the complete offroad kit. Their complete system is well thought out. They make an intake filter housing that(the top hat) replaces the stock, coolant reroute and a ccv reroute with a 1 inch hose they send and an aluminum coupler that connects to your ccv box hose, making your ccv box(non filter) a catch can
