Same here. No film 4, itv, 5, all 4.. on my John Lewis purchases LG tv in the uk. Not good as all the KZbin tips seem to show itv and channel 4 pre installed, but not on mine and they are not in the apps list. Grrrr.

Unfortunately after the location section I only have 4 options. America, mexico, canada, other Found HBO GO when I selected México but got a Error message when tried opening. Restricted to only certain areas in mexico When I changed to being in another country still gave same error message

Hey Tech Giant, I try playing Dolby Atmos content (Mkv files in Hard disk) from LG's default media player and it shows "Video does not support Audio" and the atmos icon never pops up. Is there a way to play atmos content in C9? Any 3rd party media player that you could recommend? :)

Hi I have a Problem, my C9 volume is lower than it was before. I need to set my volume up to 35 to get the same volume that I was using at 9 volume. I heard another blogger on the C9 TV review saying something about what you're talking about ... That turning on the Dolby Atmos setting on the TV lowers the sound .... But personally, I did not notice this, although I also activated it on the Xbox One X ...

It doesn't work on my American C9 :( The only options I get are Canada, United States, Mexico, and Other. When I choose "Other", I just get a space to enter a zip code. @@mahmoudhaider3424 no unfortunately. I use an 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro with mine. With the Shield, it's pretty easy to get content from the UK with a VPN installed on the box.

I have actually covered it in one of my big tips and tricks videos (link in the description),but maybe I should cover it separately as I have had quite a few people still ask. Do change it you need hold down the mute button,this will take you to the accessibility settings,in there you will see pointer options and in there you will be able to change the pointer size/to the bird. The bird option isn't available on the 2019 models (not sure what model you have) and it only allows you to change pointer size. Hope this helps 🙂

@@smithgc1 the work around we found was to use a fire stick from amazon it plugs in the back and that can install all the diferent TV apps

@@01talima thanks. It's a shame LG can't provide it for whatever reason. Mine came with iPlayer so.... I've got a fix now by reverting to the BT subscription and that app. But those who do t use/pay for this can't do a catch up on itv, c4, c5 etc. Maybe LG will wake up soon.

This is a tip to change COUNTRY not REGION. All of the countries on the selection list are in LG’s Europe region. LG TVs seem to be locked by region - ie doesn’t seem to be a way to change TV from UK to Australia or South Africa

There are no catch up services like that on the LG CX at the moment,which is shocking if you ask me.But i have heard that they do plan to add them.I think there was a balls up getting the licence for them.
