@@jamesd0ng440 Pretty amazing picture quality! The only downside I'd say so far is the HUUUGE amount of options, which makes it kinda hard to set up properly. Like at least you can really calibrate it as you wish, but it's quite a headache to set it all up x)

@@FlipperWolf look at the channel hdtvtest (he will tell you what settings give you most accurate colors), also just put everything to cinema to start with, gets rid of soap opera for the most part and gives you accurate colors without making screen too dark like filmmaker does. I have a 55 and 65 CX and thats how i do it.

You can actually also turn off the screen by holding the voice command button and saying "turn off screen". This will also keep the audio playing.

Got this tv today. 2 person white glove delivery with setup and testing turned into one guy delivery that needed help, hadn't seen the TV before, let it fall over onto the floor after removing all the Styrofoam. More durable than I expected, still worked after all that.

One thing you left out is if you spam the green button about 6 times while gaming on Xbox or ps5 a window will appear that shows the resolution and frame rate currently running.

It's not the current running refresh and resolution it's what's being outputted by the system. SO your Series X can be Outputting a 4K 120HZ signal but the game you're playing may be running at say 1440P 60 or what ever the game is at. So it's only good for checking what you've set your console's system settings to.

One additional tipp: as for the shortcut bar on the left (settings button), I added ‚screen off‘ as a shortcut and use it everytime when I play Apple Music or Amazon Music to prevent burn in or image retention

I hadn't thought of that; excellent idea. Here's something, too: sync up your LG Web OS to Google Assistant. Now hold the center mic key down on the remote and say, "Turn Screen Off." It will answer back: "Alright, turning screen off." Then the five second timer counts down to shutoff time.

I like the "Screen Off" feature for KZbin music 🎶 playing constantly. Add it by pressing the settings menu once, select "Edit Mode" and select "Screen Off" 💪no screen burn in worries 👍🏻

Did you know you can add screen off to the quick menu? :) If you press the gear icon, you can customize the settings icons. There you can add some more, for example screen off :)

Thank you. I have finally disabled the dreaded face glow the tv was doing by turning off the Ai mode. Drove me nuts! Also, this TV people don't know that it comes stalk with 100 free tv channels. Nice addition for those who don't want to pay for Cable. Warning, it's commercial heavy, still free.

One of the main things you left out. Is that most of the features that ships, with the tv. You have to agree to different user agreements. In order to access, them. That microphone feature you explained is one of those feature's. And if connected to a pc, the no signal input, take's quite a bit of time to register as receiving a signal. Great, informative vid, though. Keep up the good work.

How do you do it? I've tried when streaming football games on my android phone but not working for me.

@@Rureal42 There are a couple of ways, but the most reliable is to just screen share. To do this both devices must be on the same network. Once you are sure that they are just pull down the options from the top of your screen on your mobile phone. The option you need might not be in the first row of functions, in which case you can pull down a second time to get all functions available. Select screen share or a variation on that such as mirror or screen cast, depending on the brand you work with this might vary. Pick your TV from the available devices and your all set. This might give you PIP at first, but you can change that from either your tv or phone. Also make sure you turn on Bluetooth as well as WiFi. I'm not sure why but my TV kept telling me it works better that way. Hope this works for you, if not just let me know at what step the problem occurs. Also tell me what TV and phone you work with. That way I can see if there might be a reason for the issue at hand.

i never minded burnings on my plamas and oled, HOWEVER i would really appreciate more videos about DEAD PIXELS. i might have been unlucky but each time i had bought a lg oled tv brand new, there was at least a couple of dead pixels. sometimes i had my panels fixed or replaced, however not every time so far. i wish that technology would get more mastered and and reliable when it comes to built and put on sale a brand new item. it has to be 100% operational. i am very upset about that issue. would appreciate some comments or advice or videos about the topic. thanks.

had severe problems with my E6 but modern panels are so much better now. The only thing I suggest is that you use the ‚Screen Off‘ Command/Quick Button regularly when you play Apple/Amazon/KZbin Music etc or watch News Channels such as CNN, Fox News etc.

great tv. Wish it would let you hide or delete some of the built in apps. Sport alerts, music etc, Ill never use them. Also a bit fiddly to select your bluetooth headphones as sound output, if you have two pairs of airpods etc.

If you are a gamer and want Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) info, just tab a couple of time on the green button on your remote control. Be aware, Xbox Series X has VRR, but Ps5 still has to receive this option (will be added with a future firmware update on Ps5)
