There are scammy PhDs. What are you talking about? You say DBAs aren’t rigorous, I say PhDs can’t teach business because they have no real experience and that’s why there’s a replication crisis and most PhDs think business isn’t even a real discipline, so you should humble yourself. At your salary you need to humble yourself immediately, actually.

Are absolutely right, Daniellesloan7124. Lots of them, could not agree more. Yes, lots of people view the field of business not that important. I agree with all of your comments, even the one about humility. I work on it everyday. I appreciate the fact that you watched this video. Would love to do another one at some point about similar ideas, as the market is always changing. Lots more alternatives are coming on board. My basic point is still the same-be wise, shop around, and do a npv calculation on your big decisions in life. Sadly, I should have, and now much wiser.
