The ICF Pool Build is starting. Lots of people will be onsite over the next couple of weeks to bring you an in depth look at what it takes to build one of these.
If you want to build your own pool, reach out to Eric or Aaron at www.all3pools.com and follow his videos on ‪@all3pools‬
We will be using Nudura ICF blocks, ‪@FabFormIndustries‬ bracing and MST-Bar. It's going to be fun!

My thoughts exactly... :) I watched Chris' video a few hours ago and he was saying that the spoils of the initial dig would be good top-soil now its all mixed... It sounded good and looked good from Chris' perspective but after watching this perspective, I now 110% agree! That's a Massive pile of Good topsoil by the looks of it and it was awesome seeing Chris work the transfer of the dirt whilst at, what looked like, 30°+ of an angle on the tracks

I love Chris' letsdig18 channel. He is a master at earth moving. I have to say, I like your videos of him doing it for you even better. The production value, the multiple camera angles and music. Im gonna watch this later but wanted to give my 1/2 cent thought on achieving your dreams. For me it means sacrificing what I think I want right now and focusing on what I need and what I want 10 years from now. I have never been well off as far as money but I am smart with it and focus intently on what I want my future to look like. Being debt free and retiring while I can enjoy it is my only focus. That means I work a lot right now and miss some time with family, but my future will be full of grand babies and plenty of time to relax and love on them. I do still have time with my family, but sacrifice some of it for a future full of it.

Use all that extra dirt behind the house as a 6 to 8 feet privacy berm at the fence line of the subdivision and - ON TOP of the berm, plant A LONG ROW OF American Pillar Arborvitae from the woods of the path to the little duck pond up front to the trees of the lake's sediment pond in the other direction..

@@BealyGoodI'd also assume that it's safer to dig such a deep/stepped pool, so close to the footings, before building the house. Ensuring the footings and all the crucial ground stays put prior to having a house ontop of it :) But maybe my thoughts are skewed a little as I'm from the UK and I'm used to houses made out of bricks and mortar - Heavy as Feck - rather than wood framed... Not that I know the plans for the house, and this is likely very stereotypical of me... my bad :)

Back years ago, you could have your dog with you along a paved road without fear of it getting hit by cars as anyone driving would slow down if for no other reason than to stop and say hello. Now Beally is developing his area bringing in strangers to buy his lots so no one will even know each other nor slow down. Dogs will get hit. That is what he's trading his income for. Hope he realizes his profit has a cost. Maybe he hasn't thought of that yet.
