Happy New Year, Caroline, and everyone who supports this channel! Though I have never been a big fan of new year's resolutions, there is always a time for improvement, of course. The advice you are giving seems very sound, and I agree especially with the points on rather setting fewer goals and being patient with oneself. Also, I think it is helpful to stay attentive and reflective in one's daily life: Why am I doing what I am currently busy with, and is this really time well spent? This should help to waste less time and energy and set one's mind on positive things. After these difficult past years, I wish us all joy and happiness in 2023!

I know I’m not going to the gym this year. My reasoning is KZbin. I know I’m addicted. It’s ok my wife says it has made me a more well rounded person who is compassionate and interested in what others have to say. Plus I’m learning more than I ever did in school. Funny I didn’t like school very much growing up. I thought about starting a channel since you make it look so easy. Unfortunately I’m lazy and I’ve seen many KZbinrs quit. I did watch your video twice to see if I could incorporate your recommendations into my life. Not sure but I now know the difference between a habit and a routine! Thank you for that.
