Starting new channel can be really tough if you don't plan everything ahead. I knew I couldn't afford to waste months trying to get noticed by just a handful of people. Instead of spending months to get few hundred subscribers, I found how to get organic growth immediately (by using a bit of Famester of course). This is a great video I do want to add though that most ppl don’t have a unique niche and that’s why there channel doesn’t do to well a go example of a good niche example: (gaming as the category and new releases as the niche) (Food as a catergory, homemade meals to do yourself as the niche) (Business as the category, vloging and applying to jobs but do it as a challenge) Those are just some examples though I hope that helps

Collabing with larger channel creators is not easy. Many ignore you or don’t take your seriously when they see you have a 300 something subscriber channel. I think they feel there isn’t much value you can bring to them as they can give you. Some also feel you’re competition as well.

@@JarmainPatrick I have a KZbin channel in the beginning it start slow, low views and no engagement. Then almost a month later my first 200 views, was very happy. Then the videos start to grow more engagement and in a moth more then 60.000 views. Whaaat 😮 I thought this is amazing. But then boom. Al my engagement disappeared. From all those months hard working to 25 views or less in 48 hours. So I quit. People say, you have to post again so I did but again no more views.
