@@johnstone7763 strangely winter actually makes me feel aligned body wise, my body does not like summer and heat it puffs up… as vata I use a lot of sesame oil in winter to prevent skin breaking. Also ever since I stopped drinking caffeine It helped me to soothe my nervous system. 🤍 will for sure make avideo about recipes!

I found your channel a week or so ago. This video got me to click because hey I have a random time I over think situations. I forget that people have an issue with this topic you are discussing. I seen a video made by a famous Indian guy who gives advice about meditation. This guy always makes me laugh. Well the question was what is the best way to do meditation. His response was don't do it. lol gave the same answer as you did about your thoughts. Then said the best way to do meditation is walking. Just forget about everything and walk on look around once you have accomplished this then maybe you can do meditation while sitting. Walking meditation the way. I believe it would be some help for people who do over think. Fresh air helps the mind clear out and let some others have your thoughts then. If your inside a house your thoughts can't get out till you go outside to leave. Bad joke anyways stay positive

@@i3deal walking is a great way of clearing your mind! Fresh air + moving the excess energy in your body… I 100% agree thanks for mentioning that one too 🌷

ive heard of positive impacts of earthing as well but what most people dont get is that there`s a huge difference between running barefoot on meadow while holding hands with your pretty girlfriend while laughing and frantically running barefoot on somebedy`s backyard while trying to get away from the police officer chasing you . Both actions are done barefoot but the benefits will be felt only in the 1st situation.
