Hey man, I'm currently doing your workout routine (push-up/pull up). Just want to say thank you for that free knowledge. It' an awsome routine and you can do it quickly anywhere/everywhere. I come back to the 3 videos for that routine all the time to remember to work on small form corrections. Your style and precise descriptions are spot on. Thanks again and keep it up! Cheers Max Edit: error corrections

I think I should train my wrist/forearm strength before training for handstands, I injured my left wrist during a pseudo push up set, maybe it's because I use a wall to guide my head (vertically) and on the top position I'm basically holding a harder (~5cm) planche lean than what I do usually.

Hi man I absolutely love your videos, i have some questions. Is push/pull/legs/push/pull or push/pull/push/pull legs which is a better split if i do 5 days a week, also how long did it take you to achieve some base skills?
@playgroundinvader
@playgroundinvader Ай бұрын
legs last help prevent some fatigue cause legs are the largest muscle group, but the first option has 4 push/pull in a row with no rest day so may be tuff. something like push pull rest push pull legs rest would be nice
@3am_Hysteria
@3am_Hysteria Ай бұрын
@@playgroundinvader thank you so much! I'll give that a try, but what if i workout on the weekdays only?
@playgroundinvader
@playgroundinvader Ай бұрын
@@3am_Hysteria in that case push pull legs push pull rest rest. but, personally i liked training push and pull on the same day so if u want you could do upper lower rest upper lower. this way you can get in teo leg days as well

@playgroundinvader

@@thedarkknight8322 i wear socks always but idk if it matters much. essentially train the kick up with a wall and as you do it, over time, you’ll get more and more control. it’s really just repetition
