You can set that up with the roles. Make sure to give the user or bot the role and make it so in the settings they are displayed separately from online members

Yes you can sign out of the account when it asks you which server it wants you to add the bot to. You will see it says in small signed in as "your name" and you can click not me and then sign into another account
