I just called Robert Tires they are a big rig tire company and they wanted $280 just for labor to install my own valve stem extenders. I will try and do it myself and save.

what if the valve stem that is already on there wont let me go straight because the existing valve stem is already there is at a angle where it will it the wheel and not let you go straight in?

Unfortunately my exiting valve stems on the inside of inter wheel don't line up with hole in the wheel. Its almost impossible to try and bend the valve stem extenders and turn it at the same time with one hand. Will have to take it somewhere so they can use a lift to get the wheel up enough to hopefully allow you finger in there or they will have to remove the outer wheel to gain access to the inter valve stem. It's never the easy way with me : (

remove the outer wheel and line up the holes, tighten lugs. easy fix
