Pray tell, what version of QB online is this? Or is it exactly the same in every version of QB online?

Hi Brian. The Bills feature is available in QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced, and the Accountant versions. The Bill Pay feature is only available to Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced customers. Does this help answer your questions? Wishing you the best. -Karey

It will also show under your credit card bank transactions if you have it connected to your QBO. If its a personal account that you paid from, we use the "due to shareholder" account for corporations.

The vendor's email ID is not available, but the address is available. How do you pay a check without the email ID? With the previous version, we could easily pay them without the email ID.

I have a Bill Payment DD and a Bill # 1234 -- how do I merge them together? Because when I make a search using the transaction amount, both entries populate, as though I have 2 transactions. I cannot delete the payment of the bill, because it's a transaction in the past. Even if I delete the Bill itself, it still populates under Uncategorized transactions.

At 0:30, there is no Get paid & pay option. Not in accountant view or Business view.

I got tricked into buying this feature only to find out when my sub gets the email that I have paid him the email does not include an invoice number or account number. QB is supposed to a giant accounting software company but a payment goes out without details of what the payment is for? What a joke and waste of time
