This is a good video showcasing some of the fundamentals. Seeing Logic with 73 tracks and little to no Stacks or colouring is a bit overwhelming, but I'm guessing you save all that for the end when you're prepping your Pre-master. Either way, thanks for the tips and refresher!

He might have created his own hotkey for that. If you press shift + command + D it brings up the track stack option menu. If you select the folder option and then create, it will give you the same result.
