Honestly, the application Ice is a far better option that Hidden Bar for the following reasons: 1) Hidden Bar hasn't been updated for almost 3 years now, Ice is being actively developed. 2) Ice has far more features compared to Hidden Bar. For e.g. instead of hiding on a timer, it can hide when you click anywhere outside of the menu bar. 3) Ice is also free & open source.
