You can use resin it just takes longer to cure

You don’t use heat transfer vinyl on hard surfaces. This is Starcraft HD Permanent adhesive vinyl.

Where can I buy the resine? and how can I calculate how many bottles of that one do I need? I am planing to do 500 pop sockets

It's hard to say how many bottles you need I would start with probably at least 15 of the large size here amzn.to/3pcAn1D

Thank you so much! I just applied the UV resin with same resin and UV machine as you did but when I touched the resin it feels sticky, is this normal? I setup timer for 5 min, after checking it I put it again for another couple of minutes but it feels the same and I noticed with light that if I check with small touches the resin it leaves some marks

Could I add scrapbook paper first with double sided tape instead of the glitter then add my vinyl to that and then resin

My fear is that the resin is wet so it would likely curl the cardstock and possibly release the tape.

Hi Corinne, why do so many people prefer epoxy resin vs. UV resin? I did my research and they did. Would you say the regular epoxy resin would outlast the UV light resin type?

honestly its all personal preference. I do not like epoxy due to the cure time. I made this pop socket in about 30 minutes total. if I used epoxy it would have taken 2 to 3 days
