I recently got a visa gift card from.my cable company for opening a new account. I took a chance and took it to my bank, they transferred the money to my account and no fees were taken. Was so happy it worked. My bank is chase. Next time ask your bank. Doesn't hurt to ask.

You don't actually need another email. He's wrong about that. When you click on "Pay Now" an error will pop up saying the seller's email is the same as the payer's email. At the bottom of that message will be the option to pay without logging in. Just click on that.

Easier method. Just log into paypal, click on WALLET. Click on LINK A CARD. And enter the card details.

Hey, just to help out those that are a bit confused, mastergiftcard, register gift card online or through phone when checking balance (in this case, follow the instructions on the sticker of your giftcard) then proceed to paypal, not the other way around you should be fine. Think of it as registering for an actual debit or credit card.

Paypal needs to verify your account. either contact them or email them. but at the end they will require you to add a bank or a debit/credit; and even ID. thats how paypal works now.

You shouldn't have to enter anything too sensitive except your email, phone number, card number and security code (3-digit code) as far as I'm aware. But I'm using it to get access to my somehow repeatedly denied visa gift card and it works.

If someone is trying to do this method right now, it wont work. Most prepaid visa, and Visa Gift cards won't do the process of assigning a Zip Code to the gift card any more. So this method is useless now as Paypal guest still requires the zip code of the gift card, when there's none no more

Basically the same as having two paypal accounts. Use one to load cards to send and one recieve. Balance will get bigger while -5% to recieve. Then another -5% when its time for your to spend from your balance?
