The brace is excellent so supportive I can sit and lay on my mattress. Wake up with bad back pain I get up go get my back brace put it on and the pain gradually goes away.This is the best product out I have sciatica back problem fused right hip which cause back pain but the brace relieve some pain.

I've been instructed to wear light cotton shirt under it. I'm using cotton blend Sleeveless T shirt, which was OK'D by therapist
