The classic aeron doesn't just have one lock position, it can lock in pretty much any position.

Why do you believe there is an issue with both tilt levers being up?

Hello there and thank you for your important question. We always advise the users to deactivate the rear tilt lock, activate the forward tilt lock as shown in the video, THEN activate the rear tilt lock. We've seen several instances of broken forward tilt locks because inexperienced users activate the forward tilt lock AFTER the rear one.

how about a video on adjusting internal cables??? My tilt lock only works at the VERY top of the range... and so sometimes it pops and my chair leans back.... I work on bikes so I am sure adjusting a Aeron is similar!!
