Yes, you can unscrew the big cap on top and take the mechanism out. Be careful with the spring though.

you cant adjust the 'whole sprinkler' to the left or right as you show, it will un-thread or rip threads. Once tight how do you align where you want the sprinkler stop to be?

Mine is doing 270 and it doesn't seem to matter what I do with the big screw.

Good video - UNTIL you went outside: the head pretty much filled the video shot, not allowing the viewer to see how exactly the left stopping point is set. I THINK you turn the main screw more to the right to lessen the angle to the left. Re the arrows, I always set them toward the center of the area to be watered.
