Mate, I was so lucky when I found my friends. There where 4 of us in total. Then one moved away, and it was three of us. We had a mock government with 4 page bill of rights and laws, the lunch aids and most teachers lived us, we had a hell of time. My advice, keep searching. I was very lucky to find my friends, and I met them by chance. I'm sure there are people like you, you just have to find them :)

Dear 12 year old, I hope you relax a little and enjoy being a girl of your age. You don't have to like or do the same things as everyone else, but be friendly with those different from you, and learn to accept those differences. Leave the bitter old lady for the future! Now please enjoy and live in the moment, create beautiful memories and make friends. You can have fun, use hastags, and still be smart and have intelligent conversations. Don't be so scared... if you are truly intelligent then you should know by now, that you won't loose your IQ just for chilling a little. Sending you tolerance and a bunch of crazy teenagers.. A 32 year old.

Overall I get why you are going for but i think it's in the nature of 11 - 16 year olds to be edgy as it's the way they rebel which is healthy in humans. Plus you should hang out with "popular " kids cause you wanna be popular but rather hang out with people who share interest with you. It's a much happier existence especially when your stuck in middle and high school

Dear 16 year old. You may want to act like an adult and give up childish things, but chances are you'll love them again when your in your 20s. Don't give up the things you enjoy because you think you're too old for them, and never forget how to play. You'll have more fun, and also be able to connect better with kids. Love a 24 year old.

wtf my eyes watered watching this. it's interesting to see what are the current problems of each ages how they will be thinking/what their mindset will be after the problem. How it started that as a kid you only care about yourself and what you think is for you only then as time goes anxiety kicks you care about what other people think and what other problems they bring you start seeing how beautiful family is but by the end you and yourself are the only one you should listen to...listen to the kid you. THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS.

How this video ROCKS success: - it's relatable; it has normal people in it. - It's a unique perspective; you havn't seen a video where younger and older people give advice to eachother through letters through time in a 4 minute video. - It tells a story, about the failures of others and life. - It makes your feel something. In this case it's interest and intrigue, 'cause you're learning something in an interesting way. - It has a twist in the end: "Don't listen to others; they don't know what they're doing." Making the entire video ironic.

Dear 12 year old... You sound familiar to a lot of 12y/o kids I know... "eww mainstream media" "ew pop culture" "EW HASHTAGS" "EWWW POPULAR PEOPLE" No worries, twelve year old, soon you'll stop giving a damn. The moment you stop acting superior because you (unlike OTHER GIRLS) don't like Taylor Swift or Instragram, you'll be much happier in life. Not saying you have to conform to the mainstream if that's not your style, but you don't have to be so angry over simple entertainment. Signed, a 16 year old
