Can you make video about micro wrist movements while aiming with the arm? I mean how to loosen up the wrist which is stiff in tense game situations and how to exactly do this micro aim corrections with wrist.

Cons from playing with your arm is sometimes It doesn't feel consistent, sometimes I feel friction from my hand and mousepad which makes aiming inaccurate. but u can fix this with arm sleeve

Hello, I wonder if there is any video related to correct sitting or desk/seat height, I am experiencing sore arms and shoulders after a few months of training and I suspect that something very basic is wrong. And if it is common to experience sore arms or ankles after aim training and should I rest for a few days until those symptoms disappear?

If your shoulders have to raise up from resting position for your arm to be on the desk, you’re chair is too low / desk too high. Having the desk too low is likely not going to cause as much soreness, but you might have less stability

Look up a desk height calculator. It'll let you know how to adjust your setup for your height. I would also look at the book Overcoming Poor Posture: A Systematic Approach to Refining Your Posture for Health and Performance by Steven Low. It'll help you combat the poor posture habits you've developed. None of this is medical advice, please speak to a medical professional before doing anything that may negatively effect your health.

Hello rambo first of all thank you for all the great videos and second i have watched another video which the person stated that in order to arm aim you must rest your stomache against the desk is it true? Or its really personal preference?

Nice video. For a game like fortnite I've found the vertical aiming is best with a high sens and fingertip grip, utilizing your fingers for a lot of the vertical movement. Using your entire arm, at least for me, simply feels too slow for the tech that game requires

Rambo, my elbow is off my desk, sitting on the arm of my chair. I use a Razer Firefly hard mousepad, 600 edpi in CS and Razer Deathadder Elite. I find when practicing (DM or Aimbotz), my wrist/hand will stiffen up and it makes it very difficult to make any micro adjustments. I have had a wrist injury in my childhood, and I'm older (44), is there anything I can do to overcome this issue without changing my sensitivity?
@baka-oni8358
@baka-oni8358 Ай бұрын
have this same issue when spraying. i sometimes even lift the mouse off of the mousepad when trying to pull down to spray. i try to get as relaxed as possible and sometimes wiggle around my mouse/crosshair when holding an angle so when the times comes the motion is fresh in my mind and hopeffully i dont freeze
@RonRamboKim

I always recommend doing some sort of hand, wrist, and forearm warmup to get the blood flowing and boosting the feeling/sensations - to provide more touch and feel. Finger and grip pressure on the mouse have a huge influence on micro adjustments

After been watching Donk, M0nesy, Twistzz and Zywoo play i tried their grip. They use their arm for aiming. But they do not have their forarm on the mousepad. Instead they have their arm anchored on the edge of the table (before the elbow) and have their forarm floating aswell as their wrist, holding the mouse on the upper half. Would you recommend the wrist resting (not anchored) on the mousepad or is floating okay? It took me a few weeks to get used to floating with a relaxed claw grip, but i feel like it helped me swipe and aim faster. Before ive always used palm grip meaning my wrist and forarm would touch the pad.

I have a dilemma where I use a control pad and I struggle massively with big vertical movements. I have to overcome the static friction to move my arm vertically, so big vertical adjustments are very inconsistent. Do you have any advice or solutions? I can’t help but feel my aim is being held back.

Use a bit more vert sens, it helped me. Like for example if you use 1 try 1.25 vert it also help with recoil.

I have the pain that you showed in that spot but in the other arm, the left arm, do you know what can be the cause? I've tried everything to solve it
@RonRamboKim
@RonRamboKim Ай бұрын
Without knowing the full context of seeing you in person, my best guesses are that youre putting too much weight on your left arm on the table -- leaning on the table putting pressure on your shoulder. #2 id guess that your shoulder is popped out of the socket rolled forward/backward - bad posture.

I usually use my fingers, and my wrist, and LITTLE bit of arm. I don't know how people can master using the arm. Maybe my technique is bad? I tend to let my arm sink into the table, perhaps I should let it rest there but take off weight by lifting it slightly, but not completely off the table is what I mean it would still be the same amount of arm on the table.

isn't pivoting from elbow only one way to aim with arm? I thought the main way was to pivot from your arm/shoulders while elbow is kept straight, and you want to keep your forearms straight for the most part when snapping to aim

Even if you use your arm primarily, you should still use your wrist to micro adjust, it’s extremely effective and you do it without thinking.

It’s not really healthy to pivot off of elbow like that. And it also sucks for vertical movements. But the benefit of arm aiming this way is it reduces lots of friction for range of motion. The other way people arm aim is they make the whole arm(elbow shoulders to hands) move together where you are flicking, so nothing is really planted. But this technique is more reliant of ergonomics and that you reduce friction when sliding your arm across the pad. at 2:30 he explains it a bit in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3StiGenrseDipo
