I've always wanted to learn skills like this.. Having recently gotten a bit into calisthenics, I feel like I could eventually learn them with the strength I'm gaining. Great tutorial. You really break down all the parts and make it easier to understand. Looking forward to more.

Courage in the "throw"... that's the key. Developing courage through simple exercises. ...everyone and their grandfather knows the basic 1990, but having the courage to go from that into air flairs needs some development... and as before, you've hit on the development needed to gain that courage. Phenomenal tutorial.

Awesome awesome tutorial, much appreciated. My problem is when my swiping leg goes up and I try to swipe down, it goes straight down instead of swiping a circle, how could I practice to overcome this issue? In your video your left leg goes up and it can form a circle and your body is balanced when you are in the handstand position, but for me when I’m at handstand my body lean over to one side because my swiping leg goes straight up and down. Just like the one you did at 2:37. I find it so hard to swipe like a circle. Is it because I’m not flexible enough? Could you help me please?
