Saucy, seasoned and delicious! Super easy to fix and they are fall apart tender. These are not your Dad’s smoked or grilled ribs. These are your mom’s weeknight meal ribs. They are super yummy! Make a baked potato while they cook and a quick green salad and you have a wonderful meal. 😋😋❤️

I just wanted to drop in and say that I made this recipe and it was *amazing*! I was seriously impressed with how tender the ribs turned out - I could hardly believe it! Thank you so much for helping teach us a new recipe and for getting me through my oven repairs. :)

I cooked this, not believing it would be good. BUT, it's one of the best dishes I have ever cooked, and in about 2 hours. It's so delicious. Thank you for this recipe

Yum, in the tum! I first enjoyed this video a couple days after it was uploaded and have viewed it a half-dozen times with great results following each viewing. My wife and I welcome with open arms your Sooners to the SEC. Oklahoma brings to the SEC great BBQ, great onion burgers, someday great again football and basketball, and best of all, the best continuous stretch of Route 66. I hope to be able to take in a game at Owen Field in 2026 as part of the 100th anniversary of the Mother Road. And, I hope some of you OK gourmands plan on tailgating in SEC road venues. We SEC old-timers know all about tornado issues. Middle Tennessee is a new tornado alley. We've been in our basement 7 or 8 times this year to ride out warnings, including two PDS tornadoes that missed us by less than 5 miles.

Thanks for showing us this. "I'm done cooking for the day." Saying that is the best part aside from eating and sharing the good food. 😁

Did you add oil before searing the meat?

What happens if you don't rinse pork? Many people believe you should wash or rinse raw poultry, beef, pork, lamb or veal before cooking, but it's actually not necessary. Any bacteria that might be on it will be killed during the cooking process. May 21, 2020 I'm 73 years old and have never washed my pork or any other meat before cooking it.....I'm still alive!!

Here’s the funny thing. I always do! I skipped it for some reason when doing the video. Clearly any germs get killed in cooking and we didn’t die 😅, but it is a step I normally take.
