I've got an 06 accord 4 door straight drive 5 speed .. The car pulls pretty good considering it's stock with only 51,000 miles ... I'm not a honda fan boy , but I'm glad to see an all motor Honda given most turbo the hell out of them .. But I've seen alot lose low end torque when adding cold air intake and exhaust , they get top end power but are dogs off the line ..

Put a small turbo on that Accord and wake it up. 8psi of boost will give you about 100hp.

I have a similar setup.... But!!!! You installed the ultra Street IM which is 71mm from the box. Your throttle body is 74mm this leaves a 3mm lip... Which causes turbulence which equals uneven airflow to your engine. Which equals power loss. Unless you port match the intake to the throttle body.

To be honest the best you can do with that setup is probably 175 to 180hp unless you tune the car with E85 then you may get the 200hp

Kosi Caruth right now I’m using 93 pump gas., I may use E85 in the future., to keep the power steering you most use the Ep3 pulley adapter but you’ll lose the AC

Few reasons, 1-was parked in the garage most of the time after I got my accord back from the shop, Sold it with 5100 miles, 2- after a year of use was kind of disappointing of how slow it was, I race both cars and my accord Smoked the type R easily, I got the video on my channel, 3- weak transmission, most of the guys I know have issues with the 2nd gear, 4- car is very sensitive and too many sensors when you install aftermarket parts and starry tuning, I can keep going with complaints the whole day 😂

Roodly Ormeus all depends how much power you want to make, your accord most be manual transmission, you need the Ktuner, headers, bigger manifold and throttlebody, bigger exhaust, stage 3 or 5 clutch

I put 317,000 miles on my original accord transmission and motor. The transmission is apparently also still working. Just needed a fluid change and new ATF fluid filter.

No Sr you can’t use the k20 head in the K24A4 block, you’ll destroy the engine, your options are: get a TSX K24A2 block then you can use the K20 head, or just do like I did when I started the build, get a JDM K24A Accord from the depot, that’s the same as a TSX engine

U can bypass it to tune it yourself but it's still on a computer. But a standalone has a lot more benefit then the oem ones. And if you're thinking you can just drop parts and let the computer change how it perform it will. It will revert all those mods back to stock performance

Get the Ktuner, straight pipe exhaust, cold air intake, if you have access to E85 tuned with It, upgrade the fuel pump to a WalBro 255, this may get you 285hp clean, you don’t want to put more power than that or you’ll brake the transmission

I would keep the car the way it is and not going to crazy on the build, you can do a safe tune and try not to pass 185 to 200hp max, tranny will last if you don’t dig race the car, when you wanna to go faster or have fun do it after the car shift from 2nd to 3rd

Min OKJ Kim never say its stupid to upgrade your Honda my friend :) since your is automatic there is not much you can do, straight pipe muffler, intake and a nice tune to max out all the power, K-tuner is your only option , V6 automatic accord will brake the transmission every time not recommended

You may need a bigger injectors size 500cc minimum and probably a bigger intake manifold and TB to get those numbers, depends on who tune your car as well

If your engine is a stock K24A4 you should get around 220-230HP with E85

clenston rowe no piston changed need it bro, I used this car every day to go to work and sometimes even out state.; when you upgrade to bigger pistons and cams the car no longer will be good for daily driving., if you gonna go to the track then upgrade your pistons., K24 accord block with K20 type R or type S head is the best combination you can do so far:)

clenston rowe something I forgot in the video, to make the engine more safe in high RPM and have better lubrication I did upgrade the oil pump in the car., I’ll used the type s oil pump kit., that brand new will cost around $350 but is worth the money

clenston rowe dude I’m sorry, you were so right about the pistons, I didn’t understand you well last time, I was about to put a turbo in the car and they ask me if I changed The pistons and I said no and they couldn’t Believe it, happens that when you change for a k20a2 Head you most use a tsx pistons k24a2 , the k24a4 accord ones hit the head

I won’t recommend that one, Skunk2 Alpha headers is good for swap builds, it did fit my 2004 accord 2.4 but I had to cut the crossmember, no good 👎 try to find one online more for your car, look for CX racing and call them
