Makes so much sense Rangans research on happier people are generally healthier also.However I just feel in these times we now live in...probably the hardest in evolution where alot of us have to jeopardise our physical or mental health to keep our heads above the parapet daily in work...raising a family....relationships etc it's just not conducive to healthy/ happy lifes. Also I think now we all struggle to live in the "present"and enjoy the "moment" as we're to fixated about being organised and prepared for the trials/tribulations of the following day/week/:month before it's even happened so we're losing the art of being happy as we're caught in this web of pre empting/planning the next day before its occured. Difficult to see a way out.
