NOTE: I just noticed, if you try to do a free trial of Runway Gen 3 Alpha for AI video, it takes you to the video generator first, but you actually have to start with their still image generator first, then bring that image into the video generator. Kind of confusing, I know. But just do this: 1. Get to the dashboard from the top left menu. 2. find "text to image" under tools to make your image. 3. Then download the image. 4. Go back to dashboard and find "generative session" (video generator) under tools and upload the image. 5. choose "turbo" model from drop down and generate video. Hopefully they make that simpler for free trial people.
