Hi! How did you add those overlays maps("Running Mascara") to Metahuman Textures?
@slaughterhouseproductionАй бұрын
www.3dscanstore.com/blog/Free-Metahuman-Identity download the free Metahuman Identity (its the women in the video).. follow the video on the website as well.. they added a few make up textures which you can afterwards overlay over the albedo texture in photoshop.. its quiet easy

Is this work in every project with imported metahuman or only in this metahuman showcase?
@slaughterhouseproduction15 күн бұрын
@@MDG_22 you should be able to add the pose library to any project.. but if it doesnt show up, create a new project and make sure to enable "starter content" then redo the process and it should show up

Hi, just tried to work my way through your video, but when I hit the Poses Button in the Animation Mode to open the Control Rig Pose window, if I then Right Click on Pose and select 'Add Existing Folder To View' when the 'Select Folder To Contain Pose' window opens and I select...Metahuman > Common > Common > Pose Library > Face and click open, it says 'No Poses Found, create one using button in upper left corner' I am relatively new to UE but I'm pretty sure I have followed these few steps correctly, I have a metahuman in my scene and I'm using UE5.4, any idea what I'm doing wrong, Thank You.

Try this: Create a new project with a 3rd person template from the game section.. make sure that "starter content" is ticked.. inside the new project, import one of the basic metahumans like "omar" or someone else.. once they are imported, follow the steps in this tutorial again.. the pose library should essentially pop up.. if it shows up, you can right click on the pose library folder and search for "migrate".. this lets u export the pose library and imigrate it into your current project where the pose library wont show up

@@slaughterhouseproduction Thank you very much for a very quick response, I did exactly what you recommended... created a new project with a third person template. I made sure that 'Starter Content' was ticked and imported one of the basic metahumans, then I followed the exact same steps in the tutorial again and when I got to when the 'Select Folder To Contain Pose' window opened and I selected...Metahuman > Common > Common > Pose Library > Face and clicked OK, again it says... 'No Poses Found, create one using button in upper left corner. I have tried this a number of times now, again I very sure that I have followed the instruction in the video, will keep trying, but thank you for your help.

@@jackunion8497 u mentioned u use UE 5.4.. last idea of mine would be to download Unreal 5.1 and redo the process again.. u should still be able to migrate in projects between different unreal engine versions but right now my guess is that UE 5.4 might have some issues with locating the pose library
@jackunion8497Ай бұрын
@@slaughterhouseproduction Hi, thank you again for replying so quickly, I did download UE5.1 and went through the exact same procedure, i.e. Click on the Poses Button in Animation Mode, then Right-Clicked on the Poses Folder and selected 'Add Existing Folder To View' and when the 'Select Folder To Contain Pose' window opened, selected ...Metahuman > Common > Common >Pose Library > Face and when I clicked 'OK', all I get is the message, 'No Poses Found, Create one using button in upper left corner', all the versions of Unreal Engine that I have tried on are straight out of the box, I haven't messed around with the inner workings in them, but I guess because no one else has mentioned this, it is just something peculiar to my machine. Thank you very much for your help in trying to resolve this issue.

@@jackunion8497 I think you might have to access the pose library from somewhere else.. you can contact the email adress in my account info and I can send u the pose library via wetransfer.. maybe this will work
