I think in these smurf episodes, it would be a huge benefit if at the end you theorized what the enemy could have done better to handle you. It's one thing to do the right things in game to climb, but often you're just against people who do those things better than you early and then I get kind of lost on how to adjust. Your smurf videos won't ever show us that because you won't ever be behind.

There's no easy answer, if there's a smurf on the other side, just make abyssal blade, stun the smurf and go kill him

Be it smurfs or just someone who is ranked higher than you in the same lobby. It'll help to know what the enemy could have done to make BSJ's game a bit harder.

@@grandchampion7275 I checked the replay in opendota and you right, BSJ had more gold at 6 min than pugna, but pugna had a lil bit more xp than BSJ at that time. That is why it looked like Pugna won the lane because it was hard to watch how many creeps pugna was farming since BSJ spend a lot of time farming neutrals cause pugna was putting good harass (same for bsj i even think he missed a kill oportunity).

BSJ, I just wanna thank you for making this video, it has taught me so much about climbing my MMR bracket! In the last 8 leshrac games I played, I won 6 of them, and this was after taking your advice! Before this, my win rate on leshrac was like 20%. For reference, I am in 3.5k MMR bracket. In case you guys didnt notice, bsj didnt took pulse nova lv 2 as soon as hes 12, the reason is it deals 150 dmg at lv 2 and 100 by lv 1 which is 1.5 times damage. But 40 mana/sec for level 2 and 20 mana/sec by lv 1 which is 2 times, so we see a little bit inefficiency here. Thats how he sustain his mana thus farming faster bcause of the sustain by not drained out of mana and going base.

Ive played a couple games in my 4.5k avg pubs and compare this two different builds, and the games where i didnt take lv 2 pulse nova is much better then the ones that i took it. It helps me farm a lot faster and hit my item timings, thus were stronger when teamfight comes

i have yet to see a game where his team does badly by feeding hard and the enemy team has 2 towers by minute 5-6 (the lane BSJ is not) even if he rotated cuz his team fed hard or where they gank him, when he's by himself pushing lanes, for some reason it feels like when he does it, it never happens, and when we copy it, the enemy team does rotate lol

Can't happen ,he is choking their farm with his map movement/pressure,happens every smurf game. Take notice how from video to video the timing he hits with his rotations and how it matches the enemy cores timings(he just avoids them , dragging them across the map). @@o.k.2254 also be aware that smurfs and boosters also dont win every game. what you are saying is cool , but when your team loses all 3 lanes and the enemies can do what they want to , and you lost your lane too while your whole team only jungles and sucks.. then the game is out of your control , and even if you comeback it will be way too hard sometimes .. dota is a team game. you need your team to tank spells for you to solo carry at least.. if the enemies dont need to commit much to kill your whole team then solo carrying is gonna be hard to impossible in 10-20% of games

It's mainly about how to be efficient at farming with such hero's weapons. Other than that, it's very easy to fight with a huge net worth advantage. In order to get better, the main tool is about to know what's the skill/item build which is the most efficient to farm, then fighting while using power spikes and farmed advantage. He can't do that easily in his ranking because enemies are equally good about farming and putting pressure, so he cannot snowball easily. At that match, it feels like his enemies are idle while he shaves neutrals and creep waves all the time.

Identify what lanes are unoccupied.. 4 carry line up is just how it is in low mmr SEA, you just gotta be 1-2 steps ahead every time so that you as one of the 4 carries will eventually be in control whether you win or lose the game, in terms of getting earier item timings than your opponents. Sucks playing in SEA, but it sucks more if youre not the deciding factor if u win or lose the game.

Hi man, I am achron player I recalibrate in Dota and won 8-10 games even some games I played above average but still, there is 200 MMR gain. Its like dota just give mmr 30 each man whats the point of recalibrating if just dota giving 30 per game. Or I am missing something?

they might have other metrics other than win/loss. I recalibrated and won 6 out of 10 and got +350. 3 games of support 4 offlane 3 safelane

0k - 1k mmr = Are they even playing dota? If there are 0 smurfs in a game in this bracket(very rare), I could actually eat and play and my poor efficiency would't impact anything at all. 1k - 2k mmr = A lot of bad players with bunch of smurfs down there (but low legend smurfs). 2k - 3k mmr = Here i can see big diference from 1k, there are ok players, BUT ALSO HERE I ENCOUNTERED SOME OF THE WORST PLAYERS EVER, EVEN WORSE THAN 1K, A LOT OF ALCHOHOLICS AND DRUG USERS, but supporting is terrible and people doesn't know which one to focus in teamfight and ''what is pushing the lane''? 3k - 4k mmr = In 3k a lot of bad players, but they kinda know what they are doing, 10 times better cores than 2k, and you can't stomp mid if you didn't counter pick him like hell. Smokes doesn't exist, timings are terrible, teamfights are bad and there is always 1 guy who has free farm. And there are also immortal and divine smurfs, so idk. 4k - 5k mmr = Exept timings, idk what to say about this range of mmr, there are ok players, there are a lot of terrible players, a lot of ragers, but - timings ok but not so much, teamfight ok, cores can carry you if you play support, supporting ok but sometimes they miss a lot of creeps, smoke ganks only in higher 4k (divine) efficiency ok but not good enough. 5k+ mmr = my mmr, i can't say anything, game in this bracket is too hard for me.
