Do these two forms have to be paid at the current fee for the I-485 adjustment, or does each form need to be paid separately according to the changes since April? I have that doubt, and if they need to be paid separately, what would the fee be for the K-1 visa as well? This is my first time applying for a status adjustment.

Hi@@TheNatalyTaylor the Adjustment of Status (AOS) application (Form I-485), work permit (Form I-765), and travel permit (Form I-131) when filing these forms together. As of April 1, 2024, each form requires a separate payment. Here’s how the fees break down: • Form I-485: $1,440 • Form I-765: $260 • Form I-131: $630 You will need to submit three separate checks, if you are applying for all three at once​. (I'm not an expert, and I have only submitted the K-1 AOS at this time. Could you please ask someone who has experience regarding your concerns?) Thank you & good luck!

Hi sis@@CarmelAxel di ako expert regarding dito sa medical nyo po but siguro need nyo po mag submit ng supporting docs as proof na pregnant po kayo might an explanation kung bakit incomplete vaccines nyo po (pls. Ask din sa iba na same experience nyo para di kayo ma RFE). Regarding passport size photo & US Visa photo magka-iba po yun. US visa photo has specific requirements medyo strict din po sila like sa experienced ko sa US embassy kahit VISA photo po yun sakin medyo tabingi at di clear kabilang ear ko sa pic nanghingi uli sakin ibang photo buti may dala ako extra VISA photo which is tinanggap na nila.

No sis, di ka pwede mag file ng AOS under an L1 visa unless your priority date is current. If your priority date is not current, you must wait until it becomes current before you can file for AOS. (Di ako expert sis, better mag-ask ka din sa iba baka meron din naka experience same ng situation nyo po, Good luck!)

Check nyo po yung I-693 form sa USCIS nandun yung intructions ng mga kulang ang vaccine na nasa US na. Unfortunately nagka rfe sila during ng AOS dahil kulang ang vaccine at may kaylangan pa ng medical dito sa US.Pero naapprove rin naman sila after masubmit yun. I advice you pagdating mo dito sa US get a SSN agad after nyo makasal at magpaadd ka sa health insurance ng husband mo para hindi masakit sa bulsa yung medical at mga check up mo dito lalo pregnant ka pa. I hope makatulong po and congrats po sa baby nyo❤️

@@Manisan_23 no sis, if K-1 Visa you must file Form I-485 before applying for I-765. Pwede ka mag-apply ng EAD if naka pending pa ang I-485. Once magkahiwalay ang pag-submit $520 ang payment, if sinabay mo sa form I-485 AOS application $260. (Di ako expert sis, better mag ask ka sa iba baka meron naka experience nag submit ng I-765 kahit di pa sila nag process ng I-485).Thank you!😊
