Hi, as others have said, thank you for these wonderfully clear and detailed videos. I have an additional question, however: from what I have read and heard, it is not advised for the spouse (beneficiary) to enter on a tourist visa if you attend to file the I-130. I've read that this is "fraudulent" intent, and that it could jeopardize your case. Context: my wife have been married since 2017 but have always lived abroad. Do you know anything about this, or know someone who has gone through a similar experience? Thanks.

Thank you for your videos they really help me. I have a question: I filled a I 130 online but I haven’t found a joint sponsor. How long can I stay in the country. If we don’t find a a joint sponsor my hubs and is going to have to work and have 3 tax returns to be able to be my sponsor and that can take 4 years right? Any advice?

My Form I130 got approved. but I need to file Waiver I601 to remain in the US, I originally enter seeking asylum but my case got Dismissed, so since i was detained and released from ICE detention under an Emigration bond Would that still count as an illegal entry?

What if you were out of status on a previous visa (F1 hence D/S i94 status), left voluntarily but was eventually admitted on a B1 visa. Can you do an AoS married to an LPR if the date if filling is current?

Our case was denied Marriage based due to my wife's Birth certificate, I send the Translation by professional, they received Summit Processsing center on 18th Dec, 2023, how long it's going to take...Thank You A copy of the applicant's long-form birth certificate or other primary birth record issued by the appropriate civil authority or acceptable secondary evidence of the applicant's birth and an original written statement on government letterhead stating the reason that the applicant's birth record does not exist. Any foreign language documents must be accompanied by a complete English translation. You have not established that you are eligible for adjustment under INA 245. Therefore, USCIS must deny your Form I-485. See 8 CFR, sections 103.2(b)(11) and (12).
