Please at what stage you applied for your transit visa? Isn't after payment for a ticket or before?

BEFORE payment , sometimes it doesnt show up on computer so try booking your ticket using their app. I had to do it on phone.

@@bashiraminugarba8096 You will find the option as long as you make sure to choose a flight with a long layover. Follow the exact steps as shown in the video . Could you tell me where do u intend to travel from where ? I could check it myself aswell

Yes while booking and paid both visa and airline fee
