Hi, I'm a Canadian Citizen, have a B. Sc in microbiology with several years of experience in food and pharmaceutical fields. I've applied for many prodessional and technicals jobs in the US but have never heard from employers. My questions:1) Is that because ''Microbiolgist'' is not listed in NAFTA list same as chemist, biochemist,.. ? If, yes- Could a ''Microbiologist'' be, in general, assimilated to a ''Biologist'' or ''Scientist'' then be accepted?2) Shoud I explain to the employer in my application that I need a TN-Visa and will take care of all the process? Is there anyway I can have a normal Part-Time/Full-time job in the US without having to have some type of degree? I just want to move there the legal way and work a normal full-time/part-time job.

Hello, I have an offer from a US company for Financial Analyst position. I have a bachelor's degree in Economics from Concordia University. In montreal because we go to collage for 2 years, our bachelor's degree is only 3 years. my question is that should I evaluate my degree to that of US? and If yes, can you name a credential evaluation service that is accepted by the US officials?
