I love that you talked about restlessness and not being able to disconnect. That's always how I know I need a break, when I really want to continue to do something but nothing comes out of it😑 when we listen to the signs we can act and rest, but when you have so many passion projects it's hard to do bc you always want to do more😌

100%, Aurelie. We learn to not tie our self worth to our work, so that it would be better for our mental health :) You're not alone! Thanks for watching :)

Thanks for this video, I've been feeling the same recently. I found focusing on small wins and getting one 'highlight' done a day was the route out of it for me, and also just not forcing creativity when it's not there.

Hey Tom, i’m so happy to see you here. Also glad that the content resonated with you too. Thanks for sharing your tips! One small win a day sounds like a simple, great idea 💪🏻

That was amazing, Rachel. Thanks for sharing your routine with us, as you said, it's more common than we think, and the key and easier formula is getting back to the basics, bcz it's the hardest sometimes. Please keep doing this kind of videos, rly inspiring.

I started design purely as a hobby in early 2021. Landed a full time beginning of 2022. And now I’m so burnt o it to the point my health is literally affected, no social life, more work, late nights 😢

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. Perhaps it's time to take a step back, to rekindle your passion in design and redesign a lifestyle that makes you happy. Wishing you all the best. Don't suffer in silence 🙏🏻
