I know this late, but more related to the loadout but whats the reason for swapping Scrap just for supercharge (i know you get 7% back) but isnt it better to have scrap all the time for the SC passive regen versus EOG and then swap EOG with trans/strat to pop SC and then swap out.

When you have eog on standing in other peoples eog causes you to get 5 percent extra prec and might plus the other peoples eog procs
