It really is. I HATE asking for payments. It's beyond UNFAIR that people have to decide between Food and Power/Heat. It's unfair that Few, have it all and Many, have very little. Almost EVERYONE is going through some difficulty.

Your advice sounds too nice. It is very professional, but there are folks who are despicable. Sometimes the hammer must be brought down on them.

Yea, the thing is. On customer service ens though, your goal is to be as professional and nice as possible. So when you do got to send their bill to a collection agency, then the client can only blame themselves for not trying yo reasonably work things out.
