This shows how easy it is to assemble but does not explain how the mast seats on the wheeled tripod stand. Took a bit to figure out that one triangle of the mast needs to seat over the top of the angle in the stand. To extend the arms there is a button / spring pin that you need to pull out to allow the arm to slide out. It would have been very easy to show this. Also the wheel is on a column that swings out from the mast to make it easier to control when you have a board on the lift.

There should be a spring loaded locking pin to push in. At least on most models there is.
