Mine works amazing, fills up the whole container in around 30 seconds. Only thing is there's little chunks of cheese from the last little bit of cheese that didn't get shredded, as the disc is below the lid of the processor by a little bit. Not a big deal at all for me, and is very little cheese not being shredded.

@@RachoTLH too be fair this is common for grating cheese, even when doing by hand you have those little leftover chunks. I solve that problem by just eating them haha

No doubt the build quality of my 3 in 1 Ninja is robust and strong. It packs a powerful motor with very sharp steel blades, so that's all good. The criticism I have is it comes with only one slicing/cutting disc, and if you want medium/long thin strips of veg (e.g. peppers and carrots for a fajita mix) or salad, then you have to do it by hand. Finely diced veg and salad, the Ninja has no issue with. I was quite disappointed actually, I made Mexican last week and had to cut the veg by hand to get those medium to long thin strips.

I am about to get rid of an ancient moulinex food processor that I used make keema in. It was a cheap food processor that served me well for around 20 years. When the original blades wore out, I replaced them with non original ones. Not a great idea. So although the food processor still works, the blade has blunted. I can still make keema in it. Now I’ve bought the ninja one. I’m going to give the moulinex away. It’s still good. So yes you can mince meat in all food processors. If you add your spices, you get the best results for making kebabs keema.

What I'm seeing here is, that when mixing the dough, you have to hold the top, as the dough is pushing it up. Also, I've seen that the flour was stuck on top and then the video was cut and then continued from a different angle and seems like the spatula was used to push the flour down, so it can be mixed with the rest of the dough. Liked the video, but please show the bad side of the processor. I suppose this is a Ninja Kitchen channel, so you guys don't want to show the bad stuff about your product. Damn, was almost set to buy it, this convinced me not to. So, thanks for that.

😣According to your title, I thought that you were going to demonstrate a step-by-step process to assemble this Appliance. And a explanation / demonstration of all of the auto-iq and manual programs such as the active buttons for: on-and-off, chop, puree, low/ high speeds and pulse. The written and visual owner's guides for assembly and usage is okay. However, it's much easier for me to watch an instructional video. And in your video, you skipped/glossed over some of the features previously mentioned. This is not a good instructional video.😞

In addition to owning these appliances, I strongly recommend them to other people that I know. In closing, what I want to see on KZbin is a step-by-step instructional video on all of the features on all of the appliances. Also, these videos could or should explain the technology behind each and every Appliance.
