Thank God I saw your video this morning! It took me almost 3 hours to lay everything out, label the parts per the diagrams in the assembly instructions. I am not a handy woman by any means. I was fine with everything in the assembly process until it came to the dowels for the cam lock. The ones included in the box looked similar, but not exactly like the ones shown in the manual. So I stopped at that point and said I’ll start fresh in the morning. I watched your whole video to make sure that the part that I had done was at least correct since the manual leave the light out, and boy am I glad I did. This time it only took me about 30 minutes to finish putting the two pieces together, and now I’m working on putting the shelves in which shouldn’t take long at all. That was the only part I understood without the manual , so again thank you so much. I did subscribe to your channel because I plan on doing a lot of things around my house. Blessings to you.

Yes, I agree with you. Those dowels confused me because they looked totally different from the instructions. It would also be much easier if they label the pieces on the rough edges.

This is such an amazing step by step instruction video! Be aware when buying these shelves though the pre drilled holes are wrong on the middle piece. I have bought three of these shelves on two totally different occasions at two different stores every single one has the same issue.

I have a question hoping someone will help us. my son and I put it together all the way to the cam locks connecting the lower and upper part shelves. we have not put the backing on yet but wanted to stand it up to see how it was so far... is it suppose to be wobbly and not stable without the backing? I understand that it's important but I want to know if it supposed to be that unstable till you put the back part on. Thank you in advance

Any tips for having a slight gap in the two sides once you assemble them? I'm at the 7:00 minute mark in your video with my assembly and everything fits. But when I stand it up, there is a slight gap in between the two pieces and it's driving me crazy. I thought once I tightened the connector screw it would close the gap but it doesn't. 🥴

@@smashbrosfiendif this is still being built, make sure the dresser isnt propped up on something and completely flat. if its flat make sure the boards are completely straight and not turnt at an angle. if its straight try a hammer (with a towel for damage) to the bottom. this should make it to where when you tighten it, it closes the gap completely or at least thats what i did.

although this was extremely helpful, I got lost at the part where you add in the assembly dowel. for anyone doing this make sure that the word Titus on the cam hardware are all facing the right direction otherwise you'll think there is something wrong. hopefully I wasn't the only one and this helps someone.

I'm having an extremely tough time. I barely got to where you put the two pieces on with one of the bottom pieces with the four round holes where you put the screws in and for the life of me it wont stay together. The drill doesnt work, the screwdriver didnt work so i had to hammer them all in and it is wobbly af and i dont know what to do. So at the 3:30 mark. Thats where im stuck because the pieces wont stay together and they're wobbly as hell. You make it look so damn easy.
